Paul Smith (38-6, 22 KOs) will challenge Tyron Zeuge (20-0-1, 11 KOs) for the WBA 'regular' super middleweight title on June 17 in Wetzlar, Germany.

The Englishman attempts to become world champion for a third time after twice losing on points to Arthur Abraham for the WBO title in 2014 and 2015.

Smith went on to lose to Andre Ward by 9th round TKO, but has since won three straight fights.

Germany's Zeuge won the WBA title when he stopped Giovanni De Carolis in the 12th round of their rematch after the two previously fought to a draw.

Zeuge defeated Isaac Ekpo in March in his first defence. The bout was halted due to Zeuge having suffered a cut from a head-clash, but he retained the title by fifth round technical decision.
