IBO super middleweight champion Chris Eubank Jr (25-1, 19 KOs) scored a one-sided 12 round unanimous decision over former two-weight world champion Arthur Abraham (46-6, 30 KOs) on Saturday night at the SSE Arena in London, England.

Eubank, 27, was not able to land the knockout punch, but unloaded heavy blows on the battle-hardened Abraham, 37, throughout and won by scores of 120-108 and 118-110 twice.

The Briton connected with a series of solid shots in the early rounds as the Armenian-born German-based Abraham backed away.

Abraham, who needed three attempts to make weight at Friday's weigh-in, continued to cover up on the ropes, perhaps hoping his younger opponent would tire out. But he didn't.

Eubank sustained the high volume of punches into the second half of the fight, putting Abraham under intense pressure in the seventh round and rocking Abraham with hooks.

Abraham was throwing the occasional single shots and did catch Eubank in the 11th with a big left, but Eubank responded with another barrage of blows.

It was a one-sided fight but Abraham finished it on his feet to once again prove his toughness.

Eubank retained his IBO title which he won when he defeated Renold Quinlan by 10th round TKO in February.

Next Eubank joins fellow Britons George Groves, Jamie Cox and Callum Smith in the World Boxing Super Series, an eight-man tournament which is due to start in September. He will face Turkey's Avni Yildirim (16-0, 10 KOs) in the quarter-final.

Also on the card, IBF featherweight champion Lee Selby (26-1, 9 KOs) retained his title with a 12 round unanimous decision over former WBA champion Jonathan Victor Barros (41-5-1, 22 KOs).

The Welshman controlled the bout with his speed and movement from the start.

Selby overcome a cut over the right eye from a head clash in the fifth and continued to get the better of the Argentine, dropping Barros with a left hook in the final round before winning with scores of 119-108 and 117-110 twice.
